Refund policy

Atelier Orchard lampshades are custom-made to order. As such, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the lampshades are produced and shipped. 

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and replacements may be provided under certain conditions.
