This cordless bamboo table lamp features a custom handmade Atelier Orchard lampshade, crafted in our Toronto studio using heritage papers gathered from—and inspired by—our travels around the world. Each shade is uniquely designed and handmade for this specific lamp base, with an optional silk tassel in a complementary colour.

The result is a warm, ambient light ideal for nightstands, bookshelves, desks, balconies, or tucked into nooks where sockets are hard to reach. The lamp casts a soft glow (2700K), perfect for gentle evenings and low-lit moments. Touch control with a remote also included for ease and flexibility.

The Dahlias in Crimson lampshade is crafted from Katazome Washi paper, stencil-dyed by artisans in Japan. This centuries-old Japanese technique involves applying a resist rice paste through stencils to each sheet, selectively preserving areas of the paper from the dye. After dyeing with soy-based inks, the paste is gently washed away, revealing elegant, distinct patterns. The resulting Katazome paper is both durable and vibrant.
